Communication and Refunds:
- We will notify you if any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is needed.
- If we cannot process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated and will be resolved depending on the bank’s resolution period.
- Your refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 working days. If you do not receive the refund after 7 days, please contact your bank.
- customers have to return a product in 3 days upon confirmation from the customer support team only if the product is damaged in transit.
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders:
If a cancellation request is received after the order is processed/approved, we will not able cancel the order and refund the full amount.
Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations:
We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.
Charges for Cancellation/Returns:
- A deduction will be applied for cancellations of orders after process and charges for returns of orders (RTO) that have left the warehouse.
